Howie Mandel gives Ellen Degeneres a Skip the Shake wristband
Today, on the talk show Ellen, in the Howie Mandel’s Lifetime Struggle segment, Howie Mandel gave a Skip the Shake wristband to Ellen Degeneres.
Howie Mandel has been on tour promoting his new book “Here’s the Deal: Don’t Touch Me.” In his new book, Howie Mandel chronicles his struggles with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as he has built a successful career as a stand-up comedian, actor, and game show host.
In previous appearances on the Ellen show, Ellen Degeneres has given Howie many gifts, including a life-time supply of soap (that he has already run out of!), a hook to open doors, and a human sized bubble to protect him from germs. Howie features this bubble — kind of like a human-sized plastic gerbil exercise device — on book cover of “Here’s the Deal: Don’t Touch Me.”
Today, Howie expressed his gratitude to Ellen Degeneres for her gifts by giving her one of his own — namely, a Skip the Shake, Fight the Flu wristband. Like all wearers of the Skip the Shake, Fight the Flu wristband, Howie expressed his desire for people to greet him in a new healthier way. His choice is an Asian bow.
